Hi Guys,

 

Fitting a RS bumper to a "normal" Octavia, is it a straight fit or does it require replacements of a lot of parts?

 

Anyone who has done it?

its a shame if nobody knows this, for what it's worth I was interested in the answer too!

Normally it should fit, and even if it will not be straight forward fit, I don't think there are to many parts to be changed. Some brackets maybe.
To be sure I would ask a skoda dealer. They have the proper tools to check what is different, if there is something different.

I'm sure the Octavia black edition had something like a sportier bumper on the front?

Didn't have the vrs fogs though so probably not exactly the same.

At a guess, as per the first post - to see if it fits?! I reckon it'd be quite an easy swap but that's a guess!
