Bonjour!

Featured Replies

Just saying hello and I have just ordered a brand new Fabia VRS in Black and by reading this forum for the last hour i have already got my next few wage packets spent on alloys, chips, springs, etc....... and i bought this car as it was meant to be cheaper!

LOL ... and so it begins ... Mwahahaha...

Seriously though, welcolme :) I've no doubt you'll have many more wage packets earmarked by the time it arrives - when is it due?

Regards

Mo

Apparently it arrived in the country yesterday, the dealer thinks they could get their hands on it today or tomorrow so hopefully not to long.

One other question; Do you have to run diesels in like you do with petrol cars?

Wow, bet you can't wait :D

I believe you do and there is much discussion on here about the engine "loosening up" after a significant mileage is achieved, but I'll leave it to an appropriate owner to give a more specific reply.

Best

If you do a search on running you'll find numerous posts on it.

Keep an eye on the oil for the first 10K as it will consume a fair bit but after that oil consumption plumets.

Running in Guidlines are detailed in the Owners Manual

Welcome from me too. :D

glad to be a member of the briskoda gang!

Still, I am sorry to se my 206 go as it has been a great car for me and has all the mod cons....however by reading reviews on here and if I do the right things to my Fabia VRs then i should be able to get the same sort of performance and drive satisfaction that i have with my 206.

For anyone thats interested here are a couple of pics the old gal'.

Looking at your pictures:  You definately made the right choice. I've never liked the 206. IMHO the Fabia is a better car in ALL aspects. Hope you enjoy the driving experience as much as we all do here

Welcome  from another demonic derv driver :D
