How? I have a cd in player, but CD option in jukebox is greyed out..

It needs enabling with VCDS. It used to be enabled from the factory, but at some point they turned it off.

WTF? Really? Amazing, wonder why.

Who knows? The same reasons as I can't buy a L&K 184PS DSG 4X4 in the UK. Or spec traffic sign recognition from the factory either.

VCDS/OBDEleven shows the CD Import bit ticked on my April 2016 build Australian RS, but CD is still greyed out in the Manage Jukebox->Import screen?
