Right so after about 8h with a bit of a mission of fitting an universal intercooler we have managed to put it in place and fit the sensor as well ( the days topic was go big or go home :) ) so this we did ! Drilled the wholes and prepared for the air went to be glued on witch is the next job after work tomorrow ! Done a test drive today with the new toy in and wow boot is incredible the diverted valve is now working amazing ! Managed to get to 110 m/h in 4 th gear on 4000 rpm was very surprised ! Should be ready for a bit of fun at santapod after all the happy times fitting all the bits in the little beast :)) ! 540e6b86257e4ada586a69e0fd0c02a4.jpg7d4695916418a9076b5dfb74db7d3beb.jpgd7377375643c339caf3f267f3f4ba4dc.jpg39a4252b215ad3a4abcccda441278d81.jpgced556c0d2517e21601f99415c3ee634.jpg346501a965348c83567bba4a6d374679.jpgb70c1f66bb5f5798b3e8bc1a8c6d3ec3.jpg4d2a9f6624c748706b3e7d74f2ab9db9.jpg

Had the same issue when I removed the same badge. Lots of wd40 and White spirit first, then some t cut and now sorted

  • Author

Came off with t cut ?! Because when i have looked closer seens to be in the paint itself
