Ah rite. Must be broken, nothing happends when i turn it. Is there a manual way to tilt the headlights back up because i think they are stuck down. IVe tried the adjusters under the bonnet but the dont give enough adjustment.

Thanks

hi

yeah i found that one, i had ago at adjusting it but there didnt didnt seem to much extension on the screw, it made a small diffrernce. I was thinking the same thing about refilling however it seems like a time consuming job from the haynes manual, ill let u know if i try it.

you'd be amazed at how little (like 5 screw threads) can make to the level

Mine have failed too, first one headlight adjustment then the other when the headlights were adjusted during MOT tests. :(

they fiddle with bits on your test??? here they dont even see if window open ...... amazing and it lasts 2 years too!

had an issue with the english plated car when they said the dimmed lights where a bit too dim.............. mmmm ok.

I don't think that MOT Testing Stations are required to adjust the beams. They just test and, if the beams are outside limits, fail the car. However on both occasions my car's headlights were adjusted and the adjusters broken. Being summer, I didn't find out until some time after the event when I had reason to use the headlights.
