Where can I get some cheap VW parts?

I'm after the following parts for a VW polo 1.4CL 1996

Drivers side Wing

Front bumper (upper and lower part)

Grill surround

Bumper support/crash bar

Any ideas where to go (no rude replies please :P )

Also anyone know what alloys it will take?
