Just been outside with the 'little un' to play with the lights... Sorry pics are crap but it had started raining was cold and I had Apple Crumble and Custard waiting ....

 

So things that I have been pleasantly surprised by that I didn't know ....

 

Rear number plate lights are LED

 

Mirror puddle lights are LED and are MUCH brighter than the Scout

 

Interior roof lights are LED

 

Theirs LED lights in the Jumbo Box ( or whatever ) and in the little front cubby with the nice damped door

 

LED Lights in all 4 door handles

 

The overall lighting effect is great including the instrument and button lights. Bit like a plane !

 

The LED 'mood' lighting can be varied front and back

 

The brightness of the footwell lights can be varied.

That's amazing and such a nice surprise! Seems as if the L&K doesn't have any additional LED lighting over the SEL Exec with the LED Package Plus which is nice to know.

Yeah it was my little treat to myself... I'd obviously not read up on it properly though because as Dilz says I thought it was just the coloured strips and the rear footwell lighting !

Thanks Nick, I have it specced on mine that's why I asked. I also thought it was just the 'spaceship' lights to keep my grandchildren amused-- honest

Good to see the rear doors also have the ambient lighting, those are the 1st photos I have seen showing this.

Correct, the L&K basically gets the LED package as part of the std spec.
