Enquired about an exaust for my Fabia and they have told me that they have to cut the old exhaust out!:eek:

I was hoping to keep the old one, to maybe put back on the car, if I decided to sell it but they tell me they can't get it off otherwise!:confused:

You can easily re-fit a chopped exhaust providing ts cut striaght an din the correct place (indicated by 3 small punch marks on th epipe)

Mine looked as though it was cut in three places. Cant be more specific im afraid, as I left it there. Im sure any exhaust place would refit it though.

When I had mine fitted at Blueflame, all I asked for was the cat, the rest was rusty and not worth putting back in the car to bring home.

Why would you want it ?? hardly worth putting back on if you sell it.

Just a thought, as I've heard that cars are worth less when they have been modded!!

if i had space to store the standard exhaust i would ask to keep it aswell. means if your trading your car in etc it can go back on and sell the performace one if it comes to it

I kept my old cat & backbox, although really, both are not going to be re-used by me, so I reckon ebay will be given a shot.

Anyone know the bore of the pipe used by blueflame and others?

The way people on here seem to struggle to sell their second hand OcyvRS's, I dont think it makes any difference.

Not too bothered as I will run mine until it falls to bits, cannot see
