Hi All
I wrote a post recently about doing my sump on a rock on my way home,I ordered all my bits through main dealer and Ebay as im very remote (Nearest shops 20 miles away) and the car is off the road.
I had problems getting the last 2 bolts out flywheel end but eventually did it. The last few bits arrived today and  I was on the last stage, replacing the new sump, well it didnt fit,I sent the seller my chassis number, reg and Part number: 06A 103 603 H and it was listed as being ok for my car, hence me buying it.Phoned him today and told him its no good and he then said " Oh you have an AZJ Engine so no it will not fit "  even after he had made all of the checks on his system he didnt realise.
So do your homework and double, double check everything you are going to buy from Ebay or anywhere else.I now have to rely on my local farmer taking me into town tomorrow to get the correct one.
