Hi,

This weekend I changed the oil in the Haldex. Ran into two problems:

1: dealer said there should be 0,9L in the Haldex. I measured the volume when I drained it : 0,6L. And that whas what I managed to fill too...

2: lumps of waxy content was in the drained oil. Oil was 'clody'.

I'm thinking I drive a few thousend KM and change again...

Anyone know the volume? And if I should be worried about the 'waxiness'?

It was just above 5 Celcius. The car resides in the middle of Sweden.

Any more ideas?

I read in a VW forum that old Haldex oil can waxy stuff in it:

Just change the oil for the correct stuff and amount and cross your fingers ;-)
