Seat issues

Featured Replies

Hey there

One month into my new Octavia Estate and I love it to bits. Although I've one small issue.

I can't find a comfortable seating position and have for the first time in years got some neck and back pain .

Any suggestions would be most welcome, any experiances with seat wedges ?

Going to try a cushion for the next while to see if that helps. (feeling old now )

Must admit I'm still messing about with my seat and the steering column to try and get comfy after 3 weeks, and 1000 miles!

The position I have it now is comfy, but I'm having to lean quite far forward to see past the pillar when pulling out at junctions. I think I've still to find my optimal setting though!

No doubt I'll set it properly, then my other half will drive it and undo all my good work.....

That's interesting because I was comfortable for a while and one of my work mates asked why my seat was leaned so far back. I find that the rear of the seat has a big dip and its killing me. Two Renaults over the last 15 years and not one problem....
