There's a hole in my skoda

Featured Replies

My Felicia is leaking in the rain. After removing as much soaked foam as possible from behind the dash, it leaks proper well but I can't locate the leak. I don't want to strip the entire dash, steering colum etc so is this a known problem and where does the water come in?

Had the problem on mine, had the screen removed and refitted with sealant by a windsreen co , solved problem and didn't coat much.

Screens in this model dont have sealant from factory - so in my opinion are probably susceptable to the ocasional leak.

do you have a factory sunroof??? mine used to leak down the door pilars, soak sat belts and then forward (if i parked that way) so behind dash and eventually footwells

if its the screen......... my favorit did this, get a non cutting, wooden thing (like massive tooth pick) and go for it, you'd be amazed at all the mud and crap thats got in there........ you could then buy that tube of screen seal stuff (mucky as hell), but... wont work unless its spotless.
