Just a quicky..

 

Will a set of 18" neptunes off a MK2 fit a MK3 VRS (winter wheels)

 

I'm sure they do but if anyone can confirm

I hope so as I've got a set of 18" Zeniths sat in my garage waiting for a Mk3 to put them on. Wheelfitment.eu suggests they should fit.

Neptunes are 7.5x18 ET51 and they fit perfectly to both mk2 and mk3.

I use a Neptune as the spare on my vRS and am glad it's a perfect fit after getting a puncture a fortnight ago!

I had a bit of a brain fart when I saw the mk2 neptunes are 7.5J and asked if they are wider than the mk3 Geminis. But then checked and the Geminis were also 7.5J so edited the post.

 

I've been looking at tyres for the mrs car with 16" on so had other widths on my mind.
