Hi bigjohn. I used the comparison chart on the website you gave me, that shows the savings with LPG. According to the site, I would save about £1k a year. If you do far less than my 22k miles a year, you would have to keep your car a long time before you would start to gain.

I do about 15k miles a year. Just tried the calculator myself and it came up with an upgrade cost of £1200 - sounds too cheap - surely can't be the liquid injection system

 

Payback time of 16 months with lpg at 49p (garage on the way to work) and petrol at 109 (same garage) - again doesn't sound right - Might give them a ring though to enquire about the price for the Prins Liquid injection

 

I'm also still under the manufacturers warranty and intend extending it (still a little nervous about the cam chain even though it's the latest revision - bought with eyes open - saying that lpg keeps oil very clean)
