When buying 312 brakes, can anyone state what variant is the cheapest to search for?

The more variants you search for the more likely you are to get a good deal!

So we have audi tt, octavia vrs, audi a3/ s3, any others?

Go to the scrape yard. I paid £36 for the calipers and carriers.

Well i keep getting pipped to the post on dam ebay, missing 2x sets of calipers/ carriers/ discs and pads one sold for £68, i bid £67. Other sold for £70.99, i bit £70 ... pfft!!

Really with discs ?

I can't see a scrap yard wanting much for discs and pads. But as I posted earlier I got calipers and carriers with the hoses for £36.

Ring them up and ask for the price of what you need and also if there stock is computerised see if they have any of the cars with 312mm brakes in the yard.

ok so lets talk hoses, from what i believe the VRS have decent factory hoses, that have braided internals. So if im swapping to the hoses that come with the 312mm calipers, will they be the same quality?
