                     looking into buying an Octavia vrs estate but looking through the options list im not sure if im selecting the best options for resale value and also trying to find where the option is for adaptive cruise control is as I cant find it on skoda car build.

The safety and parking aids will probably help along with a spare wheel.

If I'm to be honest if you are worried about resale value then add as few as you need.

And to answer your question Adaptive cruise is in the comfort section.

im going for meteor grey best colour out there, but the missus wants to change the mirrors and grille for orange which I can sort anyway!

The best thing you can do for resale value is pick something other than Meteor Grey.
While the people that like it, really like it, there's a lot more than don't.

The metallic grey will be a far easier car to sell on.
