Hi can any one tell me where the pollen filter is in my skoda superb 2008 1.9 td

In the passenger footwell. Undo a couple of plastic thumbscrews in the top of the passenger footwell to expose the filter housing, slide the base of the housing sideways to release it and the filter drops straight out. If you're replacing, the activated charcoal filters do a better job of removing odours as well as pollen.

I'm removing mine soon, i'll take pictures for you if you weren't able to remove it
