Replacement hose for Nilfisk washer

Featured Replies

The standard hose is getting on my nerves, as it keeps twisting etc. Has anyone bought a replacement hose? There are some good reviews of Qwashers hoses on DW, anyone got one or any alternatives?

I would personally go Qwashers. Direct Hoses have had some hit and miss customer service from what i have read.

I agree with Ben. Qwashers on ebay. Great quality and speedy service

I hear that Nilfisk customer service is really good apparently - has the hose split as a result or showing signs or splitting?

You may be able to get a free replacement - if you have such symptoms.

Otherwise - from above - directhoses are good IME; I have a 10m heavy duty hose from them.

I think it is now about 5 or 6 years old and still as good as new!!!

As Ben says - I have also heard good things about Qwashers, but not personally used them.

Hope this helps.

I had my original hose replaced as it had split...I don't know if yours has, but it may be the same hose...Hard plastic outer

Nilfisk asked for pictures, which I duly sent

They said that they no longer did that hose, due to a design fault....They replaced it for the Pro rubber one...... and 12m in length (It goes all the way around a cars now!!

The rubber hose doesn't kink or twist and is of very high quality

I would ring Nilfisk and explain the situation to them and see what they can do...It worked for me...even outside of the warranty

Their CS is awesome

Just spoken to Nilfisk, the only thing wrong with the hose is that the end is slightly corroded so wouldn't expect them to replace unless I was extremely jammy :) gave me all the info I need to order a longer and better hose.

I also have an extra long qwashers hose. Can't fault it and the OEM hose never sees the light of day.

Much better quality.
