mobile phone to pc connection?

Featured Replies

I have been told that there is something I can buy to connect my mobile phone to my pc to transfer picture images etc.

Anyone know what it is that I need, or recommend something. I have a Nokia 6230i.

Thanks

Does the 6230 have Bluetooth? If so, get a Bluetooth dongle for the PC.

I know that has bluetooth and IR. was it not supplied with a usb connector? if not has your pc got IR. infact it has a 32mb mem card as well. do you have a card reader?

I use a IR usb dongle or have done before.

Look at the postage costs on those, they also take upto 20 days to arrive (i ordered 1 a couple of weeks ago and it still isn't here).

i then found - http://www.foneshop.com/ who sell them for

A Bluetooth dongle is the way to go, as it's more flexible - you'd be able to use it with other phones (say when you upgrade) or use it with other BT-enabled devices - PocketPCs etc etc.
