So last night came home from work to find my drivers window halfway down in the piddling rain blamed the mrs only to find the passenger one open this morning and now later on today ive found the central locking no longer works and the radio thinks the ignition is on, Would this be the comfort module getting damp and would it be just a case of drying it out and stopping anymore water ingress or would i need a new module? are they plug and play?

Finally got it working tidy, Dried it out in the house left fan heater in the car for a few hours sprayed all connections with some wd40 and it works! 

 

Just need to find where the waters/moisture is coming from

Sure I have one of these control modules brand new. Is it the one that comes with the cruise control kit. Il have to check the number but if you need one mate il happy sell it for a low price

When I had my car only a few weeks in I had to have my drivers door seal changed due to water coming in maybe look at that.
