Anyone had trouble with water collecting in boot under spare wheel.?

Yes quite common, either a boot seal or it's washer fluid coming through a perished seal within the rear wiper assembly.

Head over to the Octavia sub-forum and do a search there - you should find more info that way :thumbup:
