Front black grill.

Featured Replies

Had a pheasant push the black front grill partially out of alignment.

How best to get it back in line?

Pull back into place, or push the whole thing through & start again? Thanks.

Perhaps arrange for a 2nd pheasant to fit the grille on the other side symmetrically, then you're all aligned again - good to go! :)

I hope not, there are no holes on the off side to pull back!

I advice removing the grill to inspect any damage done, if it's out of alignment a screw or clip could be snapped behind it, I know when I hit a animal last year my headlight was almost sheered in half at the rear, got a photo of the damage?

If it's just pushed in with no damage you can pull it back out onto the clips or as Hyphons says above.

Thanks. It does not appear to be damaged & I have managed to pull most of it back into line. Just the extreme right hand section, couple of inches basically not quite back because the grill does not have open slots, so nothing to pull on. Shall leave it now & check with dealer when next in. Tough plastics tho'.
