Dashcam

Featured Replies

Got a new one for Christmas so selling this one. Nothing wrong with it but the new one is better and smaller. No memory card with this so you'll need to buy one (32g SDHC I used). Comes with suction mount, power cable, and camera.

£20 paypal gift or cash, collected from North Yorks.

Postage extra if required.

It's a Lidl one, about 3 months old.

Is this jus literally plug & play?

& Decent picture quality?

Yep, stick an sd card in and go. This is the sort of quality.

How exactly does it work? In regards to start recording, getting the files on and off, length of videos etc?

Start / Stop with ignition on and off (providing your power socket is ignition switched of course) so automatically starts when you start the engine. Getting files oof, either remove the micro SD card and plug into an adapter to USB on the computer, or remove the camera complete and connect with a mini USB cable. Video length is 3 minute blocks as I recall and starts to overwrite when the card is full. Events can be saved either by the gshock sensor (in an accident) or by pressing a button on the front of the camera.

This is now sold. Cheers.
