Are there different wipers/motors available for Fabia's? Reason i ask is i put the car in reverse and the wiper only does 1 wipe and when i use the rear washer it only does 1 wipe as well. Ive had to change the motor and im sure my previous wiper would do multiple wipes in both reverse and using washer.

I am not 100% sure, but I'd thought the control of the rear wiper is controlled by an ECU (for electrical systems) and would only change if you connect to VAG-Com, not by changing the motor.

 

My rear wiper does 3 sweeps when washer is operated and only 1 when reverse is selected and front wipers are on.

Likewise; certainly cycling once when you engage reverse with front wipers on has to be controlled by an ECU. Now, if the rear wiper went to intermittent (or slow) in that situation, that could be done using a 2-feed relay (one from front wipers, one from reverse lights).
