Who to contact at Skoda UK

Featured Replies

I remember reading a thread, not that long ago, which gave details of a person to contact at Skoda UK.  Can anyone point me in its direction please.

My Octavia III vRS is in for some warranty work and one item is the front doors seals retaining water in the door.  My local Skoda dealership tell me there's 'no replacement parts' and that Skoda UK have instructed them to perforate the door seals.

I know about the latter, but it's the former I want to ask their advice about, particularly as I believe we have the revised door seal part numbers, and other dealerships are replacing the door seals without fuss, but I'm being told 'no'.

When you are able to get a Letter or Email to Alasdair Stewart Brand Director Skoda UK then usually a Customer Service Manager like

John Good, Tom Chadwick or Dan Wilson were put on the case.

No idea who it might be now.

Sometimes than they referred to the Technical Department, or said they were, even though the same issue was the one causing concern week in and week out.

Just use the Contact Message

, get a call back,

and raise a case if there is one,

get a Handler to deal with things and remember to get everything said verbally confirmed in writing.

good luck.
