Hi.

My preheater won't work with my remote control, only inside with the button on dash. Do any of you guys know if I have to take it to he dealer or if there is a way to connect the remote with the car easily?

It seems that the remote and the car doesn't recognize eachother.

I press the button, and nothing happens.

In my 2015 VW Caddy, there is the same system. I can press the button on the remote and the diesel warmer starts instantly.

As most members on here are UK based you may not get the answer you're looking for as the pre-heater isn't an option here sadly.

Is it a webasto system? What model remote have you got?
