Cubby hole removal.

Featured Replies

Does anyone know the magic word to use for the removal of of the din sized cubby hole, please.

I've just got hold of a cup holder and tray from shaq of group buy fame and i want to fit it without breaking something.:)

take out the stereo first then just a sharp tug will remove cubby hole. Then fit cup holder then re-fit stereo.

I got the old one out easy enough, but i cant get the new one with the cup holder to far enough back to refit the radio and surrounding trim.

Has anyone fitted one of these before?

You need to make some mods to get it to fit. IIRC you need to remove the lugs on the top front corners and trim down the alignment 'spike' on the rear.
