Felicia interior light not working

Featured Replies

Hi my interior light on my 1.3lx felicia stopped working lately.. not a blown fuse already checked. Just like to know which wires should i check and where for any loose contacts or something. Thanks

You didn't mention if you checked the bulb.

You didn't mention how the issue started to happen.

You didn't mention when the light is not working. When opening front door(s)? When switching the interior light to on?

Remember, better input, better output. You have access to the car, we don't.

Bulb is ok because i replaced it and it still didnt work. The light isnt working in any way neither with door open or when i switch it on manually. It started to happen like 2 months ago.

forgot to mention that the cigarette lighter isnt working as well, are there any wires going through the hole in which wires connect through the talgate? because recently when it wasnt working i fiddled a bit with those wires and it worked for like 3 days then it stopped again. dont know why this happened may be a loose contact, but i checked all the wires and everything is okay, except the red and black wire which is coming through the hole but it isnt connected to another wire.

The cigarette lighter circuit and interior light circuit have in common the fuse 15. So you checked wrong fuse.

You shorted the cigarette lighter circuit most probably or blew the fuse by plugging in some big electric load.

fuse 15 is okay i checked it, i never use the cigarette lighter. how can i possibly put a load on it ?

OK then, I've said my opinion, showed you the wiring. Now it's your turn to do the rest and reveal what you have found bad.
