I have a stage one fabia and already have my eye on a nice little upgrade... if i was to fit my own turbo and 4 bar map sensor before the map, then drive it from newcastle to manchester to get mapped would that cause damage to anything? i know the stop crew isnt setup...

In a word, no, if it's driveable then you won't damage it.

Ecu won't understand the 4bar MAP sensor so Ecu will feed back incorrect data.

Your best leaving the 4bar until you get there.
