Hello you all!

I'm completely new here, but I'm sure it's a great place to spend some time watching and reading about our cars... I bought in last November my car, a Superb (first registration in April 2015) 2.0 TDI L&K, a great car for a reasonable price...Bought through finance, of course... :p

I'm using this car in my business, I'm taxi driver (executive one, only long distances, airports, etc)... I am very pleased with my car and proud !

So...let's the party start!!! :sun:

The price was £21000, but for a car with 4800 miles, was acceptable, I think... Now it's time to get my money back with help from my car :p

Best place to mount a 2kg fire extinguisher – legal requirement in Greece

Hey guys, I need to keep a 2kg fire extinguisher in my car due to legal requirements in Greece and I’m trying to figure out the best mounting spot. My main concern is securing it properly so it doesn’t rattle or move around while driving. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s dealt with this — where did you mount yours, and did you use a dedicated bracket or holder? Any tips on keeping it secure without damaging the interior would be great. Thanks in advance!

Hello My skoda start keeping rpm in neutral around 900 to 950, yesterday i went for ride on motorway and engine light came on then few minutes after dpf light came on. Drove for 2 hours no issuses turbo works fine also power is fine, traffic was cray so was not able keep driving in high rpm. Will only driving in high RPM help to clear out or not? Should i use dpf additive? also it is 182k miles... Today i started the car in the morning and rpm was at normal.also dpf light is gone but engine lig

I have always thought my rear suspension a little soft when towing or even with a full tank. I fitted rubber assisters and this has helped hugely but I would like a little more permanent solution. How can I tell if springs such as these - https://www.autodoc.co.uk/lesjofors/9735347 are heavier duty? It does say for towing. Would fitting new shocks (Bilstein B6?) help as well? I suppose crawling under to see what shocks I have, and what springs I have may a good idea anyway? I think the

For the past few weeks my Skoda Scala Infotainment unit has been prompting me to do updates. Almost everyday I get the prompt to do an update. I only get the one prompt in a day. I believe the procedure is to park, accept the update, turn off the ignition, exit the car and lock it. I think some updates only apply when you next start the car. Hi everyone, I have a 2006 Skoda Octavia II, 1.9 TDI, engine code BKC, around 400,000 km. Symptoms: - Central locking works perfectly fine (all doors lock/unlock with both remote and key) - The trip computer/dashboard display works normally - shows mileage, trip info, and door-open warning - However, when I turn the ignition key, NO ignition warning lights come on (no battery light, no oil light, etc.) and the starter motor does not engage at all - completely dead on ignition Important context:
