Any ideas what seats (other than Mk2 FL ) might fit straight in? i tried seat covers but they looked a mess

 

Would Mk2 pre-FL or Passat seats fit considering airbag issues?

Asked a similar thing a while ago and trying to do some research myself but didn't get very far. Runners on the octavia seemed to have similar spaced runners. I thought a8 seats might be a nice replacement but the electrics has put me off.

There is a 2011 beige seat on eBay at the moment for £110 including postage but it looks like the electric might be water damaged

Was hoping Passat or Golf seats would go in as they are easier to come by

I suspect the runners will be the same but there is a lot of electrics with airbags, seatbelt pretensioners etc that might be different. Not sure though.
