pretty poor, refused to accept that my fabia vrs only needed an oil change after 10k in 6 months. Advised that I would need 2 annuals a year :/

Needed seat belt replacing under warrenty, they ordered the incorrect part & failed to replace the belt housing correctly.

Avoid.

Can't say I've had a problem with Furrows. Originally I took my Mk 1 VRS to see if I could get the tailgate rust repaired under the 10 year warranty... didn't get very far though because they explained it needed regular inspection etc. Then I recently have had experience with their sales department, which has been great. They have been very knowledgeable and helpful and found me finance on an ex demo rallye green 11 plate VRS.

I have to say cannot fault Furrows Oswestry.

They have serviced by Mondeo for the last 3 years and have provided and excellent service.

Only once I had an issue due to a service induced failure. They promptly fixed the issue on a Saturday PM when the service department was closed.

This dealer is the reason why I've moved to a Skoda.

Sales team are very very good and knowledgable.

Had my Yeti in for it's second service today, at 36663 miles, at Furrows in Oswestry.

No major problems.

I commented on the OS headlight seeming a bit low, and when they checked the replacement bulb I had fitted, it was sitting incorrectly so they replaced it and then rechecked the alignment. It was a cheap ebay item!!

OSR interior light was rattling so they refitted that.

Both rear tyres are going to need replacing in the next 3 months. (I'm going for Goodyear Vecta All Seasons)

Very happy at £195.

And they washed it!!

Had the car in for some rust repair on o/s drivers door and wing along with a deep scratch on rear n/s door. They have done a great job and excellent service throughout. I was paying for this which they didnt mind one bit as some main dealer bodyshops dont like the cash jobs.

Excellent Customer Service with Furrows, after taking my Octavia to them, following appalling Customer Service and shoddy workmanship at a South Wales dealer/body repair shop!!

We bought a Karoq from them that was faulty with kangarooing and flat spot in 2nd gear. They refused our rejection. We had no alternative but to trade it in losing nearly three grand. The car was dangerous. We use to be very good customers but after this we will never ever come back. Skoda UK was absolutely shocking, they didn't want to know.

As with any Dealership, anywhere in the Country, if you've had a bad experience then you, generally, won't go back. I can only speak about the experiences I have had using Furrows Oswestry, and, on each occasion, they have been excellent. I've had 2 services under the Skoda all-in-one scheme and I've ordered a few parts from them - never had anything but great service and he staff have always been helpful and polite.
