No...it was not the door card...actually it was the seat adjuster!

That would've annoyed the **** out of me driving along

Had exactly the same...took couple of months of annoyance before fixing it with a thick rubber band.

Now have rattle from the rear. Shocks replaced on warranty, but no joy. Back to the garage.
