shark map done yest

Featured Replies

Drove down to mansfield and had my octavia le mapped. Everybody said I wouldn't be dissapointed and sure enough I wasn't. Transformed to car , it feels effortless to drive and has a nice smooth pull to it.feels more responsive from pull away to with the slightest touch of the pedal. Highly recommended

Im thinking of getting the Stage 2 PD170 map from Shark. Im currently running a DNA racing Stage 1 which is very good but would like a smoother power surge.

Any chance of a vid? I have been looking and can't seem to find any :(

had mine done there Wednesday morning, apparently meant to be having a stage 2 map, but until i get it on rollers, i would be suprised if i gained 60 or so bhp, does not feel like ive gained that much.

the MAP is very smooth though, and there is a definate increase in power and torque.

Running a stage 1 on my CR MK2. Was a bit nervous when they mentioned an 'ECU removal' jobby but all went well none the less. Best bit was mine was completed before a guy who got in early doors with an Audi S3 who had it done via ODB. Not sure what the delay was like but he was a bit miffed me being done so quick.

Car drives much smoother yes but I was left feeling a tad and I mean 'tad' dissapointed in that I was slightly expecting much more excitement. But, it's a diesel lump and the CR was never meant to be exciting. I do appreciate the drive more now even if the power delivery is still, rather linear.

Enjoy the car mate, shark really are the dogs nutz.
