Headlight Removal

Featured Replies

Can you remove the headlights without doing anything with the front bumper?

I know it's a lazy way but it would make it a whole lot easier for me. It's just the drivers side as I am going to fit my top boost pipe that I have made up from the thread.

Any thoughts?

Yeah no probs.

Remove the head lamp fixings and the one T30 screw in the top of the bumper. Pull the top of the bumper out and slide the headlamp out.

Just undo the front bumper mounts and the the arch ones then pull it forward a bit. should give you enough room.

Brilliant.

Thank you both. Will make it a lot easier! Might be able to get it done one night this week.

As above, yes you can, bit tricky with the screw into the crashbar but, easy enough for me to manage.

Thanks all.

Managed to do this today. Was a bit fiddly and difficult to get out but with a bit of wrestling and persuading I got it out.
