How much are we talking about to get a up rate clutch, were to buy one from will my local skoda garage be able to fit it for me?

Starting to find with the remap the clutch is starting to slip more often.

Problem is - depending on the remap, the torque level could be way higher than the PD150 / 160 standard ones could handle. Don't know all the official figures off hand, but when the torque gets to around 310 lb/ft the clutch begins slipping unless your driving carefully.

too right mine is "supposed to have 310lb/ft and it slips like a b*st*rd.

LOl just rang AWesome gti and got Quoted £845+vat and 5 hours fitting for a clutch and fly wheel upgrade :(

Taht makes ours a good price?

i just got one 794 (todays prices)

and i'll be pretty ****ed if fittings much more than 120 sheets
