hi everyone just purchased my first skoda it is an 02 octavia 1.8 turbo 4x4 estate she has a few miles on her (134k) but seems to be in pretty good condition not in any hurry to use her yet as i am intending to sort out any niggles i find so i can use her  for next winter which wont be long the way the year is flying by! Up to now i need a new battery and the advisories on the last mot were new front and rear discs which i will be getting shortly.just a couple of questions, is there anything i should be looking for and where is a good place to buy spares thanks paul

thanks for the welcome superb it was really an impulse buy as i wanted a 4x4 estate for the coming winter but i didnt think they were that rare really, anyway im looking forward to getting her sorted she is that green/blue colour that you either love or hate i personally love it and i think i will always be able to find her in a crowded carpark haha!
