My current insurance policy is due to lapse at midnight tonight.

I called up yesterday to renew it and was told this was successful over the phone with one of payment accepted etc.

I got an email quickly after the call asking me to review the agent who handled my call, but i haven't had any other emails through confirming my policy has been updated or renewed. Is this normal?

I plan to call in at lunch to query but have limited time due to my job.

Never mind, email confirmation just came through there so it's all good.
