Also struggling to find dpf back exhaust systems ?

Any help is appreciated thanks

Not 100% on this but don't AMD have a place in Essex ?

My MO was sensible power, keeping the DPF, not wringing it for all it could get

I know, just stirring the spoon :) cracking car

Thanks for a very useful link.

My Monte has the basic 75 bhp,was shocked to see they say could give it another 70! For £400 quid.Seems to good to be true but if that's correct have you experienced remap users seen any downsides,if not I will crawl over to Essex and be out in a flash!,

The 75hp version has huge gains, I've not personally had any downsides don't think I've heard of any either. Drive it hard yes it uses more fuel but drive it nicely and mpg is better. I'm running a superchips bluefin, amd are a known company and willing to say the remap is just as good.

175 is a brilliant figure. Yours is what Skoda should have done from factory. The 2.0tdi from the Ibiza and A1 should have been fitted :) great looking car and now it goes as well as it looks I bet!

Thanks for all the feedback guys I've currently booked it in with amd for a stage 1

I'll post figures as soon as she's out !

I've been to AMD a couple of times quite recently, and although I can't comment on the remains, they're a great bunch of guys there, good service.

I would assume that was meant to be 'results' and the Auto Correct was Auto Mistake.  Remains instead of Results.

Haha no, sorry for the mix up, I actually meant to write remap. I can't comment on the remapping they do, but the service is very good. Think autocorrect must have messed that one up

Have a look into an intercooler upgrade, may a noticeable difference with the Yeti Greenline Project.

it's going in on the 4th of April to and I'll post results then

Have a think about your brakes too, doubling your power, I'd certainly want to upgrade my stopping ability :)

Are you not stopping from the same speed of 70 mph max no matter if you have 105 or 210bhp?

You're absolutely right, that's why Ferraris are using rear drum brakes from Ford Fiestas............. oh wait, no they're not, because technology has moved on ;)
