Dunno what you mean 

Basically all you do is type the word you want to appear as the hyperlink (HERE in your case) 

then click on the link button and paste the hyperlink to the page you want it to go to and voila 

 

(you can now see why I changed it for you as it was quicker and easier than trying to explain how to do it!)
