Scout seats MY2016

Featured Replies

has anyone had issues with stitching on the seat bases?

Not that I have noticed, and mu big ass gives the seats a stellar work out!  :peek:

No problem with stitching but after giving mine a good clean today, noticed that I have a small rip in the rear leather. Happened after the missus has been sat there. Car is just under 2 months old :( Now I know it's there, I can't stop looking at it and feeling angry!

has anyone had issues with stitching on the seat bases?

Just noticed the stitching has given way on my drivers seat. Also a Scout Mk 3 and only a month old. It's right at the top corner, where the seat back meets the seat side. Not somewhere my body touches so no way an item of clothing has caught it. It just seems to be the case that the stitching wasn't correctly done. I'll be on the phone to Skoda tomorrow and get it sorted under warranty. No way I want to leave it and have them claim I caused it.
