iPhone help!

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Struggling here after an update on a device it is now asking for original iCloud email address for login. Unfortunately I can't remember the iCloud address only my Apple ID which is different.

Any ideas how to find out iCloud email address?

My iCloud log in details are the same as my Apple ID, can you log into www.icloud.com? If not try https://appleid.apple.com/signin

It's a glitch that Apple are aware of. New OS 9.3 software is being released in the next few days to solve the problem
