Cant help you but just to say that I have found not all the things listed relate to one car, some of the headings will refer to two three or more options depending on the equipment fitted.

 

I'm still finding my way around the Fabia only had it a couple of weeks.

Try pressing Car button more than once. There are three different screens there.

Those screens are on the Bolero.

I had to turn on the eco tips via VCDS as not enabled in the uk for some reason and as glosrich says its for the Bolero

The eco tips should be enabled by default since MY2015.
