I have this set of 16 inch alloys for sale along with a 16 inch steel spare wheel, for collection only in the Catterick area.

 

 

4 Octavia Mk 1 elegance alloys, these will need a re-furb if you're bothered about looks, one tyre has a puncture and one has a slit in the side-wall that although isn't letting air out I wouldn't personally trust it, so I am selling this set as needing 2 new tyres. The two good tyres have about 3.4 and 4.4 mm of tread on according to my not quite so accurate gauge, as seen in the photos below. The spare tyre has around 4 mm of tread on the inside and middle but has around 2 mm on the outside, still usable as a spare though. To keep within site rules for pricing I'll say £120 but make me an offer. They are in the Catterick area and are for collection only however I am going to Bedford for the track-day on the 16th of May so I could take them there with me if that helps. I will sell the spare separate but I'm not splitting the alloys.

I'm not taking the proverbial...  I will need winter wheels at some point...

 

 

think I will retract the offer, reason being, I would need to pay to fit some winter tyres anyway , thats one years cost of fitting winters on my current alloys.... the fuel to catterick and back the next years fitting on current alloys.... two years worth of tyre swop money ... car might have died by then!

 

I would have had them if they had winters on ...... would have made sense then...

I see, shame you're not going to Bedford or we could have arranged something. Glad you're enjoying the build thread anyway, there's a long thin thing for the back end sat in the front room off a VRS but it's not going on until the car gets re-sprayed
