Hi I'm picking up an 2015 Octavia this week with 18" Golus's fitted.

Besides the obvious what full size spare wheel can I use safely on the car, that will fit in the wheel bay?

Where is the best place to source one?

Skoda dealer, space saver spare wheel.

As it isn't a vRS and therefore has the smaller brake calipers you can fit a standard full size 16" steel wheel.

 

The wheel is smaller but the higher profile tyre (205/55 R16) means that the rolling radius is very similar to the wheels already on the car.

 

There are loads for sale on eBay.

And to comply with legislation, ensure the wheel is labelled or clearly marked TEMPORARY USE ONLY - MAXIMUM SPEED 50MPH. If not you can mark it up yourself.
