Hello, recently I own a Skoda Superb 3 L and K with 8 inch navigation Columbus, the instruction manual says that you can connect the phone through mirrorlink but to me I do not like that only certified applications can run, my question whether it can be installed MiraBox of Columbus and enjoy the full functionality of the phone.

As mirrorlink native apps, yes they are not working. Some works in android auto.

In screen mirror mode, it displays your phone screen 1:1 in landscape mode (same image) on cars display, you basically manipulate your phone on your cars touchscreen. Unfortunatly desplay switches to black when you start driving. There is also some lag and the phone's display must be on for screen mirror to work.

how you have activated that "screen mirror mode"?
on Columbus i can see only Skoda's apps which are useless cause phone loses then i-net connection when connected to Smartgate
