You work for beers - interesting. I happen to know a very local nano-brewery whose work's Yeti van is in need of caliper repainting :)

You provide the paint and lacquer and Some beers no problem

No problem at all Alan - glad to share a couple of beers and catch up after your hard graft!

Absolutely super job on the .:R36 calipers and hubs - very much appreciated.

The car looks great - just needs a new wax to arrive and get it detailed up soon

Really appreciate you taking the time to sort this out and even better to have another .:R36 as the loan car for the day too!

No problem mate , any time

You are a good 'un Alan - OCD and then some....

. No problem at all , anytime

I've actually got some vRS green caliper paint !

What a nice gesture, well done blueR36

What paint was used seem like big chunks coming off. Was it hammerite or another brand.

. It seems most R36s are prone to the rears flaking off , never seen it on any other car like this . I use VW Jazz Blue ( original colour) in a spray can , but put half lacquer and half paint in the cap then mix then leave for 5 mins then it starts to set so easier to use , the rears needed 5 coats , total time for the rears was 3 hours ! . Using lacquer in the paint gives it more durability and shine

I must say your car looks stunning, which is a credit to you, And agree the calipers look very good. That was a long day waiting for paint to dry for sure.

Do you or have you ever coated them with any of the known products.
