So I touch up my calpers on my car regularly and Ste mentioned he would like his doing and hubs as they are in a bad way. His Birthday is not till August and pointless buying him anything detaling wise as he could open his own shop ,also I know he loves his Malts but still has a few on the go , so thought I would paint his hubs and calipers on his R36 and now hes down to one car and his other half seems to always be running around in it ( I know from experiance how that is )  , So he borrowed mine and I got to work . The rears were shocking .Some paint was flaking off so rubbed them down with 00 wire wool and whole chunks were comming off!, mine started to do this but not as bad but I do mine once a year So heres the before shots before rubbing down and after [/url

. No that's the plastic underlay sheets for wooden panel flooring , just put it under to protect the drive

With a water-soluble blue over the top, so the first time the snow foam gets to them ...

. It seems most R36s are prone to the rears flaking off , never seen it on any other car like this . I use VW Jazz Blue ( original colour) in a spray can , but put half lacquer and half paint in the cap then mix then leave for 5 mins then it starts to set so easier to use , the rears needed 5 coats , total time for the rears was 3 hours ! . Using lacquer in the paint gives it more durability and shine

. The car in question is Stes not mine , I did mine the other week which he said his needed doing . I used Hammerite green on my vRS

Ive a near identical car . Just my iphone 4s ,I load onto photobucket then use the bottom box which is img url click and copy, then paste on here, simples
