Any changes enroute for the VRS

Featured Replies

Hi All

Owner of a 2015 VRS, I put up a good few miles on it and have 45,000 now after 14 months. Was playing with the idea of changing as the 0% interest is out again, but I can find no appeal as its swapping really for a car which is identical, OR have I missed any major changes in the 12 months.

When is the next big change coming through even?

Many thanks

I believe that VAG currently work on a five year lifecycle, with the first 03 Octys being sold about three years ago, there might be the odd tweak or even a facelift next year but I wouldn't expect massive changes.

Possibly a last hoorah model to say goodbye to it in late 2017?

Yep apparently a facelift in 2017, making it look more like the Superb, some new engines and features.

Hoping for a 4 X 4 VRS TSI on the 67 plate when mine needs replacing

Hell yeah, not quite sure what it'd do for fuel consumption though.....

Don't worry about that, just drive and smile....

Umm, so might be better to hold out then until next year.

I keep pondering.

I think I'll wait until info starts creeping out relating to the Mk.4 then make a call on it.

That's unless the jolly old lottery numbers come up.

You dont buy a vRS TSI to worry about MPG...

Be interesting to see what engines the Mk4s will get. :)

Indeed. Please Skoda UK can we have a 4x4 Octy with a petrol option?

Unlikely but if it happened....woohoo!

A TSI 4x4 would be perfect. Even if they stuck with the 220/230 output it would still be a great car.

That's what I'll be waiting or also :-)

How do you know 0pc is out again?
