As some of you may know I've been having problems with my brand new GT1749vb pd150 turbo, police siren noise and uncontrollable boost levels (way over 2 bar).

I managed to get my hands on a used GT1749va pd130 turbo and fitted it yesterday so I can send the faulty pd150 turbo back to be sorted, the car is back on a standard map and driving smoother than ever!

I'm now thinking whether to keep the pd130 turbo on the car and sell the pd150 turbo once I have it back from turbo active...

Has anyone here ran both turbos? If so what difference could you see with them? In regards to turbo lag, power figures etc.

Pd150 is quite obviously the better stronger turbo

Slightly more lag but the benefits outweigh the negatives

Can hit around 190bhp whereas the 130 will do around 170bhp. Obviously mods supporting
