hey guys i just bought a depo racing mechanical boost gauge it came with a t piece thats restricted 

 

my question is i already have a t piece on the hose from the fpr and have a vacuum line drawn into the car but that t piece does not have any restrictions

 

can i use that one or  will  the gauge break if i dont use the restricted t piece

with no restriction it will most likely chatter  which will wear it out more rapidly but not BREAK it immediately
